In 2006, Mr. Pradeep Singh and Mrs. Lakshmi decided to bring their dreams to reality about giving maximum assistance to the needy and the destitute.

In November 2006, Life Care Regeneration Association “LCRA” was registered as a Non-Government Organization, with the Govt. of NCT of Delhi (Registration No: 57088).
